1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • The return request must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare products, or intimate apparel).

  • Gift cards or downloadable software products.

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”

1.3 How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

  3. Follow the instructions provided by our team to ship the item back to us.


2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

2.2 Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items returned with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.

  • Items not returned within the specified return period.

2.3 Non-Refundable Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Customs and duties paid during the import process are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at  sales@shoppifair.com with your order details and photos of the item.


4. Shipping Returns

4.1 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the specified processing time:

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • After the cancellation window, orders cannot be canceled as they may already be in processing or shipping.
