1. Where We Ship
Currently, Shoppifair exclusively serves customers within the United States. We ship to all 50 states, including residential and business addresses. Please note that we may have limited service to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses depending on the carrier.
2. Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $4.95 for orders under $50.
- Free Shipping: All orders over $50 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout for select regions for a faster delivery experience.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (USPS, DHL, or FedEx). It may take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the system.
4. Multiple Shipments
To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders with multiple products may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no extra cost.
5. Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. Shoppifair is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.
